During the lockdowns of 2020, the InHarmony project set about creating a video resource of carols and anthems for churches to use in online services. Working with Suffolk churches, Cantus Firmus Trust. and the Buriensi Consort, these performances were recorded by singers and musicians across the county.
The videos are available as an ongoing resource for use in worship, including live-streamed services, and for private viewing. You can find them on the InHarmony YouTube channel.
To request a copy of the actual video file, for embedding in your own service compilation, email music.development@stedscathedral.org, stating the name of your church and the items you would like from the list below.
Churches embedding these videos in their own livestreams are responsible for ensuring that they have the appropriate licenses in place – usually onelicense.net and/or uk.ccli.com. Helpful advice on what is required can be found in this article. In most cases, copyright information is included in the YouTube description of each video.
