Tower Lighting Dates

St Edmundsbury Cathedral

We light the tower at St Edmundsbury Cathedral on special days to bring awareness to certain causes. Last year, we installed new LED lights on the tower, which are more eco-friendly and make changing colours much easier for our team. Below is a list of dates when the Cathedral tower will change colour, and what it means:

 

  • Monday 6 – Wednesday 8 October (yellow) – National Hygiene Week. Find out more here.
