The Bury Psalter is a Latin manuscript written for, and used by, the Abbey of St Edmund. It will be on display to the public from Friday 21 to Sunday 23 April in the Cathedral Treasury
This Lent season, we will display a new sculpture by local artist, Steve Jones. The Crown of Thorns, made from stainless-steel, will hang above the Nave altar, under the Cathedral Tower from Monday 20 March.

Following his death on 14 January, St Edmundsbury Cathedral will hold a Thanksgiving Service for the life of East Anglian writer Ronald Blythe on Wednesday 1 March at 2.00 pm.
We join with our bishops to express our full support for the Church of England to adopt same sex marriage for clergy and laity; believing this to be the faithful, pastoral and just way forward.
On Friday 27 January, we will hold a special service for Holocaust Memorial Day to remember the victims of genocide. The service will take place in the Peace Garden in the Abbey Gardens at 10.30 am.
