InHarmony Lent&Easter logo

The InHarmony Project has created a set of videos of hymns and worship songs for churches to use in Lent and Easter services. All are performed by singers and musicians in Suffolk churches, and all are available free of charge via YouTube.

Churches using these videos in their own livestreams are responsible for ensuring that they have the appropriate licenses in place – usually onelicense.net and/or uk.ccli.com. Helpful advice on what is required can be found in this article. Copyright information will be included in the YouTube description of each video.

Embedding the video in your own service?

Churches needing the original video files for embedding into their own service videos should contact music.development@stedscathedral.org, stating the items required.

Short responses

▶︎ Ghanaian Kyrie – music only

▶︎ Ghanaian Kyrie –  music, with spaces for prayers. Churches creating their own video services can insert bespoke prayers between the sung response (you will probably want to request the actual video file for this – email music.development@stedscathedral.org)

▶︎ Ghanaian Kyrie – a complete Confession, using words from the Iona Community in between the sung Kyrie, led by three clergy members from Suffolk churches.

Performed by Cantus Firmus

with lyrics

▶︎ Lord, draw near

▶︎ Lord, in your mercy

▶︎ With God all things are possible

Performed by Cantus Firmus

with lyrics

These short prayer responses from the Iona Community are designed for use in online services during the Intercessions, to give a musical alternative to the usual spoken response “Lord, in your mercy, hear our prayer”.. Church video editors can insert the response between prayers recorded locally.

▶︎ Kindle a flame

An Iona short song, with prayers
