Four online talks live-streamed free from St Edmundsbury Cathedral to celebrate the 1000th anniversary of the founding of the Abbey of St Edmund.

The next talk is on Saturday 27 March 2021 at 2.00 pm. The speaker is Professor Mark Bailey on ‘The Abbey of Bury St Edmunds and the History of Suffolk’.


All talks are on Saturdays at 2.00 pm and will be livestreamed via the Cathedral’s Facebook page.

These talks are part of the Abbey 1000 celebrations and are organised in conjunction with the Abbey of St Edmund Heritage Partnership and The Suffolk Institute of Archaeology and History
